Resident involvement

Involving and engaging with you is important to us and helps us to shape the service we deliver.

There are many ways you can get involved and give your feedback, and we would very much like to hear from you.

Resident meetings
Residents in both housing and care homes are able to attend regular group meetings with their managers and are encouraged to contribute items to the meeting agenda.

Residents survey
Every year we ask all residents, both in our housing sites and our care homes, to complete a survey to tell us how satisfied they are about all elements of our service. We share the results and let residents know about any changes or improvements we make.

Resident newsletters
We issue monthly newsletters to residents living at our housing sites. This helps us to keep residents informed about news and events at their site and also share their own contributions to the newsletter. Sometimes we use the newsletter to run a short survey amongst residents to get their feedback on local topics at their scheme, for example, how to spend resident funds.
