To apply for this housing you need to firstly contact the local authority directly and apply to be placed on their housing register.
Here are the links to the housing teams in the local authorities that we work with:
Lewes District Council
Mid Sussex District Council
Wealden District Council
Brighton and Hove City Council
Eastbourne Borough Council
Hastings Borough Council
Rother District Council
If your application is successful the council will prioritise your need, assign you a banding code and send you a confirmation letter along with a 'homemove number'. You will then be able to bid on properties on 'homemove' and apply for a home of your choice through a Choice Based Letting (CBL) system.
We advertise our properties on homemove.
If you are unable to register with the local authority and you would like to discuss your housing options please contact our sales and allocations officer on 01323 875240.
