Sheltered housing for rent properties

If you live in one of our sheltered housing for rent properties you will benefit from a scheme manager service and a 24 hour emergency call system supplied by Careium. 

Leasehold properties

If you live in one of our leasehold properties you will benefit from a scheme manager service and a 24 hour emergency call system supplied by Careium.

Independent living properties

These properties have a mobile scheme manager. They do not have a 24 hour emergency lifeline system, however this can be arranged by the resident, if they would like one.
