End of life care

We know how important it is to have excellent care, support and attention during the end of someones life.

Our friendly team are experienced in providing end of life care.

Knowing that your loved one can stay in familiar surroundings can bring comfort and peace at this difficult time.

Our dedicated staff are trained to deliver palliative and end of life care, and do so with compassion, understanding and empathy. We have a well thought through policy and procedure that our staff follow. We work closely with local hospices, GPs and district nurses to make sure your loved one has everything they need to be comfortable and we help to make sure any spiritual needs are met.

We make every effort to take care of your needs too. We can provide food and refreshments and accommodation if we have available rooms.
