Our properties have certain eligibility requirements as follows:
Sheltered housing for rent
- You need to be 60 years old and over.
- You need to have equity and savings below a certain level.
- You do not own property that is suitable for your housing needs.
- You must have a local connection to the Local Authority area. You need to have lived in the area for three out of the past five years or have a family member (parent; adult children or brothers or sisters including corresponding step relationships) who has resided in the area for the past two continuous years.
Independent living - rented housing
- You need to be 55 years old or over.
- You need to have equity and savings below a certain level.
- You do not own property that is suitable for your housing needs.
- You must have a local connection to the Local Authority area. You need to have lived in the area for three out of the past five years or have a family member (parent; adult children or brothers or sisters including corresponding step relationships) who has resided in the area for the past two continuous years.

Leasehold - homes to buy
- You need to be 55 years old or over.
- You will need to have an assessment to identify whether you’re able to live independently and afford the annual service charge and any additional maintenance charges.
