
A big thank you to everyone that completed and returned a recent resident satisfaction survey. These are really important to us as they give us valuable feedback, good or bad, on how we are delivering services and allow us together to make improvements.
Whilst we still need to look further into the detail of the responses, areas where we have seen significant improvement have been in dealing with repairs, contact had with us and our communication methods. Areas where you have told us improvement is needed is in listening and acting.
We are now preparing scheme specific results and feedback and we will be arranging a meeting at your scheme to agree any improvements with you.
