Congratulations to Charlie, a Domestic Assistant at Oakwood Court care home, for being nominated by colleagues, residents, relatives and visitors to win the ACE award for achieving customer excellence.
Charlie was awarded for the support she gives to all her colleagues, for always being cheerful and happy to get involved with activities and helping the residents in any way she can.
