Words of thanks pour in from family and friends

Family and friends of people living in our care homes have been sending their heartfelt thanks and good wishes to our care teams for all their hard work and dedication during the pandemic. Our staff have enjoyed reading the kind messages, thank you for sharing them with us.

We have created a private friends and relatives group for each of our four care homes to help people stay in touch. We’re sharing photos of daily activities residents have been enjoying, and it’s been great to see posts from families giving messages to their loved ones.

Residents have also been supported by staff to use video calls so they’ve been able to see and chat with their family.

Here are some of the lovely comments we’ve received:

You are all so incredible; you are such caring loving people. I don’t say this lightly. I love you all.

Wonderful you should all be very proud of yourselves for the selfless work you are all doing.

I stood on my doorstep with a spoon and pan banging for Ardath Team and residents did you hear me from Ashford Kent? Love and deepest thanks to you all and all you do!

Just wanted to say thank you to all the care staff at Oakwood for looking after our loved ones and keeping them safe. It is much appreciated so look after yourselves too and stay safe.

You're all doing an amazing job, looking after our loved ones. Thank you so much!

We are so lucky to have such amazing people looking after our loved ones

These photos are so lovely. Thank you for sharing & for continuing to care for our loved ones.
