A magical Mad Hatter's Tea Party
Great fun was had at Saxonwood's Mad Hatter's Tea Party on the 25th July. There was pin the smile on the cheshire cat, a treasure hunt, fantastic decorations and delicious cakes, all enjoyed by residents, staff, family and friends.
Sigita, Deputy Manager, said, "Staff and residents together made the decorations including invitations to the party, the quiz and the posters. It's been a month planning for the party and this morning we all felt the sense of excitement. We cut flowers from the garden to help with the final decorations.
Everyone has had a great time, especially doing the treasure hunt and eating the cakes baked by Sally-Ann, one of our carers. A brilliant team effort!"
