Technology Tutorial - Using an ipad, smartphone or tablet
St Thomas of Canterbury Court, Station Road, Mayfield. TN20 6BQ.
Wednesday 11 September - 10am - 12pm
A friendly and informal tutorial about using your smartphone, ipad or tablet as part of our Older People's Day celebrations. Learn how to send emails and find out what else they can do. Bring your own, or try one of ours.

A gentle introduction to Yoga
Clevedown, Barons Down Rd, Lewes BN7 1EY.
Monday 7th October - 10.30am - 11.30am
A gentle introduction to chair-supported yoga as part of our Older People's Day celebrations.
A mix of seated and standing practice (holding the chair for support where necessary). This workshop will enable people to access yoga, who, for whatever reason, are not able to get up and down from the floor.

Quiz Time fun using Skype Technology

Enjoy a light-hearted quiz as part of our Older People's Day celebrations.
Be part of the ‘Seaford’ team who will compete against older people in Bexhill. We’ll use skype to speak to, listen and see the Bexhill team. An opportunity to learn about skype - a useful technology for keeping in touch with people who don’t live close to you.
