We are looking for a resident to join our board to put customer experience and a resident voice at the heart of our decision making.
This is your opportunity to challenge the way we do things and bring new ideas to the table whilst you develop and learn new skills.
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t sat on a board or committee before. We will support you with a tailored induction and training programme including a buddy.
We are looking for someone who can contribute by communicating constructively and objectively as part of a team. Someone who knows about issues affecting fellow residents and wants to make a difference.
We are looking for people with the ability to think strategically,digest and challenge information and with a commitment to ourvalues and purpose.
