We posted recently about local community hubs available for those feeling isolated, anxious or unwell at home and don't have anyone can help. Here we have some more information from East Sussex County Council about their community hubs. If you are located in Brighton & Hove you can access more information about support available here.

If you're feeling isolated, anxious or unwell at home and don’t have anyone that can help you – your local community hub may be able to assist. Community hubs have been set up across the county to provide extra support to those in need. Find out more here
