Free lunch and activities provided for the Bexhill community
We look forward to welcoming you to Ardath care home in Bexhill for a free lunch and optional activities on Tuesday 8 January.
From 11am to 4pm there will be a number of activities including an arts and crafts session with Creative Minds and a fun exercise session suitable for all abilities, as well as a delicious two course lunch.
You are welcome to join us for an hour or stay all day, it's entirely up to you. Lunch will be served at around 12.30pm.
On the menu is a choice of Beef Stew & Dumplings or Spinach and Cherry Tomato Tart, followed by Sticky Toffee Pudding and Custard.

Our free lunch and activity days take place at Ardath on the second Tuesday of every month. We hope that members of the local community will come along.
They are part of a wider initiative by Sussex Housing & Care to help tackle loneliness and isolation amongst older people in Sussex.
