New uniforms, recently issued for staff at each of our four care homes, have been praised by both staff and residents...
The new uniform, which staff helped to choose, is now consistent across all homes, is a more informal style to help staff feel more relaxed and comfortable, and has been received well by residents.
Jodie, Senior Care Assistant at Woodlands care home in Crowborough, said, "The new uniform is so much more comfortable, a lot cooler and more practical. They also look a lot nicer, we are all in the same uniform and look really smart, everyone really likes it."
