Saxonwood staff awarded for achieving customer excellence
Congratulations to Dawn, Laundry Assistant, and Mareks, Care Assistant, at Saxonwood care home in Battle, who have won the ACE award by receiving the most nominations from colleagues, residents, families and visitors to the home.
They were presented with certificates and chocolates followed by a round of applause from colleagues and compliments from residents.
The ACE award is an internal award for 'Achieving Customer Excellence'. It's awarded every three months to our employees who have gone the extra mile and have delivered an excellent service.
Dawn received nominations from her colleagues that said:

Dawn helps everyone. Both staff and residents, and is a very caring person.
Dawn for helping out everyone, a very caring attitude and really cares.
Mareks received nominations from his colleagues that said:
Going above and beyond doing the gardening. The rear garden looked fab for Open day. Well done.

Excellent care, goes over and beyond his work. We very appreciate his hard work also with gardening which he made look beautiful.
